The December monthly meeting of Natmac will take place on December 7th commencing at 7:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Hospital.

As most members know, the December meeting is a combination of our regular meeting and a social time to chat and enjoy some light refreshments. Each year the refreshments get a bit lighter as I try to purchase just enough so as not to have too many leftovers. As I recall last year was just about right on, but, alas, I didn't keep a list of what I brought so I have to guess again this time. Best advice, don?t skip dinner!!!

The November monthly meeting of Natmac will take place on November 2nd commencing at 7:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Hospital.

This will be a shortened version of the Reminder as I am away from home visiting my new granddaughter in Utah (where it is in the 20?s this morning). Not to fret, I will back for the meeting, hopefully all thawed out.

The September meeting of Natmac will take place on September 7, 2011 commencing at 7:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Hospital.

This is being sent from Paris where I am finishing up a last minute river cruise on the Seine. I will be back for the meeting on the 7th. After the talk at last month?s meeting about the new Apple Magic Trackpad I did purchase one and it will be given away as a door prize along with 2 or 3 other items to be named later.

The October monthly meeting of Natmac will take place on October 5th commencing at 7:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Hospital.

Greetings:

Now that Fall is officially with us (and hopefully some cooler weather) we can expect some of our snowbird members to start reappearing at the meetings which should make for a fuller room.

The August monthly meeting of Natmac will take place on August 3rd commencing at 7:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Hospital.

I?m sure the main discussion this month will be about Lion. I personally know several mac users who are reluctant to upgrade at this time due to the loss of PowerPC apps. I decided to try it but just installed it on my laptop to experiment with it and to see what stuff I will lose. It should be an interesting discussion this month.
